Important information at the Wieserhof

Local tax
In South Tyrol the local tax is charged (€ 1,50 per person/day), except for children up to 14 years of age. The local tax is not included in the price.

Check-in and check-out
On arrival the apartments are available from 2 p.m. onwards.
If you wish to arrive after 6 p.m. please inform us.
On the day of departure, the apartments have to be left by 10 a.m.

Deposit
Please note: the booking is binding upon payment of a deposit (booking security) and the sending of the booking confirmation.
The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.

Swimming pool area
For the swimming pool area, we ask you to bring your own bath towels.

Pets
Small pets are welcome in our apartments. However, please consult with us in advance.
The cost for a pet is € 12,00/day without food.

More information
Please note that our house does not have a lift.
Apartments can only be reached by stairs.

Cancellation and travel cancellation policy
At the latest 29 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be cancelled by the guest without payment of a cancellation fee. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
