Cancellation conditions 
At the latest 29 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be cancelled by the guest without payment of a cancellation fee. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
In case of cancellation within the last 28 days before the start of the journey, 100% of the booking value will be charged for days booked without board, which cannot be passed on to other guests. 
If the booked apartment is not taken over for the agreed period without cancellation, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the agreed total price.

Regulation in case of early departure of the guest 
In case of early departure or late arrival the full amount will be charged. We recommend that you book travel cancellation insurance. This way the cancellation fees can be covered and you can look forward to your holiday without any worries.
